Can I upload a PowerPoint?
Yes! You can do it all from the Hour One Dashboard. The number of slides that are imported depends on your current plan: Free (6), Lite (10), Business (15). You can read more on our article about Import Presentation
Which Frame Per Second (FPS) do you support?
The Hour One editor supports all popular FPS rates and automatically converts them to 25 FPS for the final video’s output.
What is the resolution of the video output file?
Depending on the plan that you have, the Free Trial supports 720p, Lite & Business supports 1080p, and Enterprise supports 4k.
By default for the Lite & Business, the resolution is Full HD (1080p), though you can select HD (720p) if preferred. The resulting file size will be smaller.
What video format is the final download generated in?
The completed video output file will be in MP4, MOV, or WebM. Check out our article on downloading!
What is the recommended video length?
We recommend 2-3 min videos. Please note that the final video’s length will be determined according to the number of scenes included, as well as the length of the narration.
Is there a limit to the scene length?
Each scene is limited to 500 text characters.
Can Hour One generate multiple videos simultaneously?
Yes! Multiple videos can be generated simultaneously. However, we recommend creating your video once you are done editing it.
Will my video still generate if I close the platform?
Yes! Since all of the content is generated in the Cloud, once you hit generate, it will continue to do so even if you close the browser or shut off your computer. When completed, you will receive an email.
What kind of media files can I upload? Is there a file size limit?
We accept png & jpeg for images, MOV & MP4 for videos. The maximum file size for images and video allowed is up to 200MB.
