If you signed up to the Hour One platform and the verification email didn’t arrive, there are several things you can do to resolve this.

Try clearing your cache & cookies on your current browser (Chrome is preferred as we are optimized for this browser).

If clearing the cache and cookies did not help, your company’s network security is most likely blocking the verification email. In that case, you will need to ask your IT team to whitelist our domain (app.hourone.ai).

In the meantime, if you use a personal device on a home network, you should be able to sign up with no issues.

- You can always decide to create an account via social login (Google/LinkedIn). Note that social logins and username/password logins are separate accounts.
